Service Description

In an environment of pleasant sensations, applying the basic concepts of Ashtanga, Hatha and Jivamukti Yoga, we carry out a series of postures that, combined with breathing, allow the body and mind to enter a state of consciousness in which harmony help us achieve health and peace. The session provides postures for all levels. Yoga is an opportunity for the mind to learn from the body what it has forgotten and for the body to free itself and purify itself from the marrow of the bones.
