Biofeedback at Sukha Gurú is a wellness, self-awareness and bioenergetic harmonization experience that uses frequency-based technology to observe patterns of response, load, sensitivity, balance and perceived vitality. Its purpose is to help the client better understand their current moment and recognize areas of attention in everyday life, without providing diagnoses or replacing medical, psychological or professional care. The individual consultation consists of a bioenergetic field reading through the scanning of Healy’s main programs. The results are analyzed to provide a general wellness report, with a clear interpretation of the observed patterns. This option does not include frequency application; it is focused only on reading, analysis and guidance. Monthly and annual frequencies are services separate from the individual consultation. These options do include frequencies oriented toward well-being, relaxation, personal balance and bioenergetic harmonization. Monthly frequencies support the process during a specific period. Annual frequencies offer continuity for 12 months, with follow-up and periodic review. We also offer personalized frequency support programs, independent from the consultation, monthly frequencies and annual frequencies. In these cases, the plan does not necessarily begin with a device scan, but with the information the client shares about what they are experiencing. Based on that context, an individualized frequency program is developed to support their physical, emotional or personal process from a complementary wellness perspective. Personalized programs may be structured in 3, 6 or 9 sessions, depending on the continuity and intensity of support the person wishes to receive. Their purpose is to offer organized, personalized and respectful bioenergetic support, without replacing the indications, treatments or follow-up of health professionals.
